Explain 'Harmony Not Discord' as a principle of Scientific Management.

 


In an organisation, there is always a chance for conflict between employer and employee due to class difference. To achieve this state, Taylor called for complete mental revolution on the part of both management and workers. It means that management and workers should transform their thinking.
