There are mainly three levels of Management:

1. Top Management: They are usually referred to as the chairman, the chief executive officer, chief operating officer, president and vice-president.
2. Middle Management: They are usually known as division heads, operations manager or plant superintendent.
3. Lower level Management: Foremen, Inspectors and supervisors comprise the lower level in the hierarchy of the organisation.
