$∴ Q = \frac{{πp}_{1} {r_{1}}^{4}}{8 {ηl}_{1}} = \frac{{πp}_{2} {r_{2}}^{4}}{8 {ηl}_{2}} ∴ \frac{p_{1}}{p_{2}} = {(\frac{r_{2}}{r_{1}})}^{4} \times \frac{l_{1}}{l_{2}} = {(\frac{2 r}{r})}^{4} \times \frac{l}{2 l} = 16 \times \frac{1}{2} = 8$
