Find the deviation produced by reflection at a plane mirror when the angle between the incident and reflected rays is 80°.

Here,
Angle between incident and reflected ray = 80^o 

i.e.,                    2i = i + r = 80° 

Therefore, 
Deviation = 180° - 2i
               = 180° - 80°  
               = 100°.
