(b) There are 7 or 8 bright stars in constellation Orion. 

(c) The pattern in which the stars appear in this constellation is similar to the form of a hunter. So, it is also called Hunter.

(d) To locate Sirius, imagine a straight line passing through the three middle stars of Orion. Look along this line towards the east. This line will lead you to a very bright star. This bright star is Sirius.
