Why does our palm feel cold when we put some acetone or petrol or perfume on it ?

Acetone, perfume and petrol are volatile liquids, i.e., they have low boiling points. When kept on palm, they can absorb enough energy from the palm or surroundings and evaporate and leave the palm cool.
