1.BE PUNCTUAL AND READY TO WORK
Always be punctual whether you are coming to the office or showing up for any meeting. If there arises any catch-22 situation inform the manager forthright, instead of being absent without notice. Also, show your enthusiasm and vigor to work and accomplish tasks before the deadlines.
2.BE RESPECTFUL
Whatever be the situation, even if conflict incites, ensure to be respectful towards the other person. There is no harm in stating your viewpoints, but at the same time respecting others’ opinions is moral integrity.
3.BE ACCOUNTABLE
“To human is to err”. Everyone commits mistakes but a person with moral integrity accepts his shortcoming or wrongdoing, rather than covering it up with fallacy.
