Creative fiction has inscrutable depths, from expressing a human experience (of passion, friendship, hatred, or some other occurrence witnessed) to unraveling the facts about life or the cosmos. In addition, along with the necessary consideration of entertainment purposes,
the inclusion of morality also forms the heart of the plot.

ELEMENTS OF CREATIVE WRITING

Any piece of creative writing- builds upon the grassroots level of integral elements that can be capsized corresponding to the requirements. Here is a checklist of critical aspects that need to be learned and integrated to acquire the opportunity to compose creatively.

1.EXCEPTIONAL PLOT

Any narrative works on the healthy foundation of a strange storyline. In order to weave a story- the fundamental and unique storyline is imperative. Though remakes are on the bandwagon as well, innovation mostly catches focus.

Now, whether you want to write original material or renovate a
classic in a whole new way, the ball is in your court.

2. CHOOSING THE NARRATIVE

Now, to be presented in the best possible way, the storyline requires an apt narrative form. Usually, the first individual and the third individual are always at the center of things.

Here are the specifics of each of the narrative styles:

  • FIRST-PERSON

The narrator is the first person-“I” in the first instance, i.e. the main character narrates the plot. And here we’re looking at the plot from the main character’s perspective.

  • SECOND PERSON

In the case of creative writing, second-person or use of “you” and “your”
are usually meaningless, merely because the writer shares his/her own background or viewpoint.

The defined narrative is casually used for educational purposes, such as in tests or blog posts, etc.

  • THIRD PERSON

The third person is synonymous with the use of “he/she/they” as the narrator. The reporter or the speaker is omnipotent and well aware of all the characters’ thoughts and feelings. In the literary world, this type of narrative is very prevalent.

3.CHARACTER DELINEATION

Who is the character? What are the catchy features that are important to him or her? How powerful subtleties affect the character and transform it? These are the basic issues to be introduced into the narrative to make an emphatic representation of the character.

In terms of qualities, talents, and strength, all the main characters should evolve prominently as the wheel of the plot rotates and continues further. The omnipresent development of the character has to be done from beginning to end in such a way that the viewer can draw an image.Besides, the reader should be able to grasp the character’s influential features contributing to the plot.

Therefore it is inherent to have a theme along with a related message to preserve the credibility of the plot. Not only it is useful, but also it carries the reader towards the endpoint of the book.

5.IMAGERY

A picture is worth a thousand words. But it is nearly impossible to instill a lot of images in a novel or book. That is to say, you have to create the image in the mind of the reader. For which, it will remain in the mind of the reader for a prolonged time.
